& Coming Soon Marketing
Prior to your home even being listed, it is part of a targeted social media advertising campaign. This means it will be pushed out to thousands of prospective homebuyers on sites like Facebook and Instagram. We also send emails to our database of prospective homebuyers, letting them know that your home is coming soon to the market.
& Repair Management
After listing hundreds of homes, we’ve built trusted relationships with excellent contractors, cleaners, and home improvement specialists. If your home needs a coat of paint, new appliances, or even new floors, we recommend contractors and oversee the process from start to finish. We take the stress out of pre-listing repairs and renovations.
Staging is a great tool to help a buyer envision themselves living in your home. We offer two levels of staging: complementary light-staging, and full-staging. All of our appointments begin with a staging consultation. We have everything from nick-nacks, accent chairs, to even staging beds.
