We are absolutely thrilled to share that our very own Kay Houghton will be featured in the season finale of WETA’s beloved real estate series, “If You Lived Here!” The episode, premiering tonight, Monday, March 24, puts a well-deserved spotlight on South Arlington, showcasing three unique homes in the Four Mile Run area, Fairlington, and Claremont.
WETA’s house-hunting series takes viewers on a journey through the diverse neighborhoods of the DMV, celebrating each area’s history, culture, and charm. Hosts Jen Osborn and Ricardo Frederick Evans bring their infectious energy as they tour homes with local realtors, offering a fresh perspective on the D.C. Metro real estate market.
South Arlington
In this special South Arlington episode, Jen and Ricardo start their adventure in downtown Shirlington, where Kay Houghton shares what makes this area such an incredible place to call home. From its walkability and vibrant dining scene to its relative affordability, South Arlington has so much to offer! From there, they explore a mix of homes, including a stylish high-rise condo, a charming townhome, and a stunning single-family house.
The Carlton Condominium
