eXp Realty agent benefits include: Ever noticed how top agents get the best deals at other brokerages? Those better caps and splits for high producers might seem fair, but they leave others in the dust. It creates a divide, keeping the top dogs at the top and the rest struggling. At #FastForwardMovement, we’re here to change that. With eXp Realty, every agent, regardless of their production, experience, or connections, gets the same split and cap. Our mission is to elevate every agent from newbie to Top Producer.
- 80/20 commission split
- $16,000 company cap, then $250 transaction fee
- $149 start up fee (includes first month Cloud Brokerage fee)
- $85/mo Cloud Brokerage fee
- $60 risk management fee with $750 annual cap (may vary by state)
- $25 broker review per transaction
