Listing & Buyer Production Partner

Responsibilities:

  • Listing – Lead agent is primary listing agent on team and this portion of the responsibilities will encompass 60% of the position
    • Attend listing appointments with senior agent
    • Prepare listing proposal with guidance of senior agent and send to seller clients
    • Follow up with clients to ensure lead conversion
    • Work with Listings Manager to schedule contractor visits, obtain quotes, and advise clients on scope of work to optimize ROI and to stay within client’s budget
    • Keep listings team updated on listing progress before contract
    • Work with Listings Manager to clear HOA/condo association resale violations
    • Answer calls and questions from fellow agents once listing is on the market
    • After contract, oversee any negotiated home inspection repairs before buyer’s final walkthrough
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the local market and property competition
    • Work with Listing Agent to activate ongoing marketing strategies and/or unique and creative tactics
    • Gather feedback from buyers and showing agents and answer any specific agent questions about each property
    • Prepare and send CMAs to appraiser
    • Experience with building permit process a plus
  • Buyer – Lead agent does retain some buyer clients and this portion will encompass 20% of the position
    • Attend occasional buyer consultation
    • Show homes
    • Attend home inspections
    • Draft buyer representation paperwork and offers
    • Work directly with lead agent to see buyers through to closing
    • Work to build relationships with buyer clientele in order to obtain referrals and positive reviews
  • Administrative – Lead agent has a portfolio of rental properties and also flips homes. There are a multitude of tasks related to these activities that need be done and these tasks will encompass 20% of the position
    • Drafting offers on new purchases
    • Drafting new leases and lease addenda
    • Working with lead agent to maintain client relationships which includes calling clients, participation in client events, and generating new business

Software/Skills:

  • Project and Calendar Management software (Google Suite, Slack)
  • Bright MLS
  • SentriLock
  • ShowingTime
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Consumer facing real estate web portals (e.g. Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com)
  • Follow Up Boss and/or Salesforce CRM experience a plus

Qualifications:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Client service and satisfaction mindset
  • Solution-minded
  • Project, account, and client service experience
  • Proficiency with software tools for scheduling tasks
  • Must be hands-on and not afraid to be a physical part of home cleaning, lifting, and preparing each property
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 30 lbs if necessary

Full time weekday schedule with hours 10 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday with some evenings/weekends. The Production Partner will work approximately 50% from the desk/office and 50% in the field. Competitive compensation includes base salary, health insurance, retirement plan, as well as paid time off (PTO). This is not a remote position.
